Student Camp 2025 - Information Desk
All you need to know about the next 4 days in camp!
Theme: Faithful God
"...with my mouth I will make your faithfulness known through all generations."
With hearts full of joy and gratitude, we welcome you to the 30th edition of our annual CAET Camp Meeting, taking place in the historic city of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. What a mighty God we serve! For three whole decades, the Lord has remained faithful—guiding, teaching, and transforming lives through this camp. This year’s theme, “Faithful God,” is a powerful reminder of the unchanging nature of our Father in heaven, even in a world that seems to shift daily under our feet.
As we gather again, students from JSS2 to university level, postgraduates, and even young professionals from across Nigeria will come together—not just for fellowship, fun, and connection—but to encounter God afresh. For many, this camp is a spiritual checkpoint—a place to be refilled, recharged, and realigned with God's purpose.
Psalm 89:1 beautifully captures the heart of this gathering: “I will sing of the LORD’s great love forever; with my mouth I will make your faithfulness known through all generations.” This is not just a verse—it is a call. A call to remember God's love. A call to proclaim His faithfulness. A call to let our lives reflect the God we serve.
A Legacy of Faithfulness
Over the years, God has proven Himself time and again in the lives of young people just like you—students who were confused found direction; those struggling with sin found freedom; those weary from the pressures of school or life were given strength. This 30th camp meeting is not just a celebration of years; it’s a celebration of testimonies. Yours can be one of them.
As you step into this camp, we urge you to come with open hearts and expectant spirits. Come ready to learn at the feet of Jesus. Come ready to listen, to grow, to be changed. But more importantly, come ready to respond—to respond by living out what you learn and sharing God’s faithfulness wherever He places you.
Your Life is a Platform
Whether you’re in secondary school, on campus, or already working, your life is a platform. Just like the psalmist, you have a voice that can declare God’s goodness to your generation. Your choices, your character, your words, and your actions—these are all ways you “sing” of the Lord’s great love and make His faithfulness known.
In your classroom, when you choose honesty over cheating, you reflect God’s nature. In your hostel, when you speak kindly instead of mocking others, you shine His light. At work, when you uphold integrity even when no one is watching, you declare His faithfulness. You may not be preaching with a microphone, but your life is always preaching something. Let it preach Jesus.
Staying Faithful in a Failing World
We do not pretend it is easy. The pressures today are real: peer pressure, academic stress, the lure of ungodly pleasures, social media distractions, and the constant temptation to compromise. It is hard to stay faithful in a world that calls right wrong and wrong right. But we are not called to do it in our own strength
That’s why this camp is so important. In these three days, you will not only be taught God's Word—you will be reminded that you are not alone. You will meet fellow believers, share your burdens, and receive strength from God. Most of all, you will have the opportunity to cry out to the Faithful God, asking Him to help you remain faithful too.
The same God who kept Daniel in Babylon, who helped Joseph in Egypt, and who strengthened Esther in a foreign palace—is still God today. He is able to help you stand, shine, and finish strong, no matter your environment.
A Charge to You
So as we begin this powerful 3-day journey, let your heart be stirred. Don’t just be a spectator—be a participant. Seek God for yourself. Be honest about your struggles. Worship Him with sincerity. And above all, determine in your heart that after this camp, you will not go back the same.
Let Psalm 89:1 be your declaration: “I will sing of the LORD’s great love forever; with my mouth I will make your faithfulness known through all generations.”
Let your life carry the sound of God’s love, and may your generation rise with boldness to proclaim: Our God is Faithful!
Welcome to Camp 2025!

Official Camp Song
Lyrics and Music by: Tobi Awolowo, Tobi Peters & Temi Lafenwa
Verse 1
How you took us young and old
From little to much
Under your mercies
God this much
What a Faithful God
Millennials, Gen Zs and Alphas
Can tell of how much you've done thus far
Nothing in and out discounts this Faithful God
Verse 2
I'll sing your love
Proclaim your Mercies
Get my moves out in endless praise to God
He is a Faithful God
Numbering my blessings, I can't quantify
1,2,3... oh I lost my count
Drop your steeze ko de turaka to God
Chorus
El hane'eman
Faithful God
Aamin Allah
Faithful God
Chinememe
Faithful God
Olododo asoro ma tase
Faithful God
God wey no dey fail
Faithful God
Pistos
Faithful God
Bridge
Sound the alarm from the mountaintop
From the valley to the very hilltop
Our hearts goes down so our praise goes up
And we won't stop till the world hops on.
